In your request, include enough information for us to identify the relevant data. For example:

- Email address used with Ebela24, if applicable
- Facebook Page or account information relevant to the request, if applicable
- A brief description of the data you want deleted
Do not send your Facebook password, access token, or any other sensitive login credential.
What Happens After We Receive Your Request
After receiving a valid deletion request, Ebela24 will review the request and take reasonable steps to identify and delete the relevant personal information, where applicable.
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
Once the request has been verified, we will process the deletion within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal, security, editorial, or record-keeping obligations.
Facebook / Meta Data
Ebela24 may use Meta/Facebook APIs to publish authorized content to Facebook Pages managed by Ebela24.
If information associated with a Meta/Facebook integration needs to be deleted, you may submit a deletion request using the contact information above.
Where applicable, Ebela24 may remove stored integration-related information from its systems, including authorized access data that is no longer required.
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
- Legal compliance
- Security and fraud prevention
- Editorial or journalistic records
- Technical logs
- Dispute resolution
- Enforcement of agreements

Revoking Facebook Permissions
